To all potential and current Infiniti customers, I'd like to introduce myself to you as a highly energetic asset to the Infinit of Gwinnett dealership! I'm a retired service member that served 22 yrs of active duty service in our beloved US Army Infantry and immediately after deployed to Baghdad to work alongside our Ambassador at the New Embassy Compound in Iraq. In addition, 9 years of high level security contracting throughout the US! Originally from upstate New York (Syracuse area) but here to provide service and be the best that I can be. I'll end this short bio with my hobbies for all who love a particular discipline. Mine happens to be boxing, boxing and oh yes...more boxing!!! Please come by and ask for me! Mark was a huge help to me when I walked into the Infiniti of Gwinnett Dealership. I had a unique situation that needed a person with experience and knowledge to help me achieve my goals. Mark saw me Infiniti of Gwinnett Dealership. I had a unique situation that needed a person with experience and knowledge to help me achieve my goals. Mark saw me standing in the showroom and asked me if anyone has assisted me yet. I said no and told him what I was looking for. He knew exactly what I was referring to and away we went. Mark made me feel very comfortable and was 100% honest with me during the entire process. I brought my entire family back the next day to meet Mark and they all loved him. Best experience in purchasing our 2021 Infinity QX80. Mark Preston was friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable about all features on the vehicle. My salesman, Mark Preston, was awesome! I called after seeing the car online and he was helpful, prompt and professional. He was waiting for me when I got there w/ the car ready. After a test drive he went through every detail, answered ALL of my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my request to return the following day to purchase the Q50. I've bought many cars in my life and this was the fastest, easiest and best experience yet! I was driving off the lot in just over an hour...WOW! He even took me to drop off my rental car!
