He displayed patience and enthusiasm through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Mark and reviewed several vehicle. I finally selected a 2016 Lexus, applied for and received financing, and an excellent price for the vehicle- this was all done via phone and Internet. I visited the dealership that day, test drove the vehicle, and proceeded with the purchase. Mark P worked with me from long distance and made the deal work. He helped calm me thru the tremendous do’s and don’t s of the dealership ( cash deals are really hard when you live 400 miles from the dealership but they had a certified QX80 we wanted - guess it is just the world we live in now - such a shame.) maybe next time I will just wire funds and wait an extra day for funds to get transferred instead of being reported to government for having cash. The only reason for a 4 rating overall was because of the dealership, not the sales person as Mark Preston is definitely a large 5 More
