He displayed patience and enthusiasm through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Mark and reviewed several vehicle. I finally selected a 2016 Lexus, applied for and received financing, and an excellent price for the vehicle- this was all done via phone and Internet. I visited the dealership that day, test drove the vehicle, and proceeded with the purchase.
