Easy and hassle free experience Mark was a great salesman and took care of my my needs and answered all of my questions throughout the car buying experience. I ended up with a great Mark was a great salesman and took care of my my needs and answered all of my questions throughout the car buying experience. I ended up with a great deal on a CPO Q50 and a decent amount for my trade-in (BMW 135i). Throughout the process Mark was very patient with me and never pressured me to buy a car. I was going back and forth on a decision for a few days and I’m glad I chose a Q50 at Infiniti of Gwinnett. The quality of the vehicles and the professionalism of service was mind blowing compared to the mistreatment I endured at BMW of Gwinnett Place over the years. I will be back in the future for more Infiniti’s. More

Worst car buying experience ever. I came to this dealership because I was looking to replace my wife's 2014 Q60 that she had bought new and had just lost in a senseless accident which I came to this dealership because I was looking to replace my wife's 2014 Q60 that she had bought new and had just lost in a senseless accident which was no fault of her own. My daughter found the 2015 Q60 at this dealership while searching online and it was identical in every way to the car my wife had. I was not as well taken care of as hers but it had potential. I contacted the dealership and learned that they have fixed price and they do not negotiate. I do not like this way of dong business and decided I would just buy her a new car instead. My wife was insistent that I purchase the car at this dealership so against my better judgement I agreed. The salesman made it clear from the beginning that he was more concerned about his commission than anything else. He must have mentioned at least a dozen times that he did not want to have to split his commission with anyone. I came prepared to take the car home and was involved in an accident on my way there from my home in Chesapeake, VA. Due to the accident I was not able to make it to the dealership before it closed. This presented a problem because I had planned to purchase the car that day, spend the night at a local hotel and leave early the next morning to take the car home on a trailer that I had brought with me. The salesman informed me that he had a client that was supposed to be there at 9:00 the next morning and therefore I would have to wait until 10:00 before he could help me. He stated that he could have me in and out in about 45 minutes. I asked him if it would be possible for me to arrive at the dealership when it opened and so that I could look the car over and maybe have someone let me test drive it so that we could save some time. He said absolutely not, that he would have to split his commission with them if we did that. I was only trying to get on the road for home as soon as possible because it was going to be about 10 hours traveling and pulling a trailer with a car on it. I waited my turn and it took almost three hours before we could finally load the car and head towards home. Once I was done signing the many papers, the salesman showed up and told me that he had sent a link to mine and my wife's email addresses asking for a good referral and insisted that it needed to be completed that very day because it was the last day of the month. He never once checked to make sure that we had gotten the car loaded with out any problems. e was on to the next sale. I was given an Infiniti Certified Preowned Check list to sign as if I had actually been given the opportunity to check over the car to make sure that all 162 items listed were indeed satisfactory as they had been marked ! What a joke, and like a fool I signed it! I was just wanting to get on the road for home. I discovered later that there are several things that were checked off as being satisfactory that were far from it. Item # 113 First Aid Kit, I had inquired about this when I first looked in the trunk and was told that it was in the sales manager's office. It was checked off as being in the car and complete. I have never seen it and it never was in the car. Item # 118 Sun Visors, the clip that holds the free end of the visor on the driver's side was completely missing, I had to purchase one from an Infiniti dealer after I discovered it missing. The sun visors were checked off as being satisfactory though. Item #135 Wipers, the wiper blade on the passenger side was half broken off, of course that box was checked as being satisfactory also. I had to buy new wiper blades right away. Item 32 battery, the front rod that the battery hold down secures to was missing and so was the nut that went with it. The battery was loose, not secured and the fasteners for the shrouding that the battery cover secures to was missing all of it's fasteners. There are several other things on that list that were checked off as being satisfactory that were not. My sincere belief is that someone, probably the salesman, sat down at a desk and just went down the list checking everything off as being as it should be without anyone ever actually checking any of those items. I paid for that car in full that day and did not receive a title for it until after several phone calls and emails and almost thirty days later. I was sold a car that the dealership did not even have a clear title for. In the state of Virginia that is illegal. I am very unhappy with this dealership and would not buy another car from them if my life depended on it. Their first and foremost concern is money. More
