To all potential and current Infiniti customers, I'd like to introduce myself to you as a highly energetic asset to the Infinit of Gwinnett dealership! I'm a retired service member that served 22 yrs of active duty service in our beloved US Army Infantry and immediately after deployed to Baghdad to work alongside our Ambassador at the New Embassy Compound in Iraq. In addition, 9 years of high level security contracting throughout the US! Originally from upstate New York (Syracuse area) but here to provide service and be the best that I can be. I'll end this short bio with my hobbies for all who love a particular discipline. Mine happens to be boxing, boxing and oh yes...more boxing!!! Please come by and ask for me! Quick and Honest I called the day before I came to pick up my vehicle. Everything was handled promptly. I didn't feel like they were trying to play any games. Everything was concise, straight to the point, and on the level. I was able to show up the following day, test drive the vehicle, fill out the paper work and be on my way in a short amount of time. Mark P worked with me from long distance and made the deal work. He had the patience of The Biblical character “Job”!( must be his military background) Would call him again when seeking another Infiniti deal work. He helped calm me thru the tremendous do’s and don’t s of the dealership ( cash deals are really hard when you live 400 miles from the dealership but they had a certified QX80 we wanted - guess it is just the world we live in now - such a shame.) maybe next time I will just wire funds and wait an extra day for funds to get transferred instead of being reported to government for having cash. The only reason for a 4 rating overall was because of the dealership, not the sales person as Mark Preston is definitely a large 5 More
