I will drive 3.5 hours EVERYTIME I need a car...from now on. Let me start by saying, I am probably mini nightmare for a salesperson. I have my “list” of what I want, I over think it, and I can’t stray from that Let me start by saying, I am probably mini nightmare for a salesperson. I have my “list” of what I want, I over think it, and I can’t stray from that list. It is broken down from model to color, to engine size, exterior, options, drivetrain, you get the picture. One would have to align the stars to get the sale AND get 5 stars. One Infiniti dealer basically took my list as said... “Umm yeah...I’ll get in touch with you if we get something like this”. Something like this?!?!? It’s not a spaceship...it’s a car...that you should want sell me!! Well Mark really did just that. He took my list, searched through EVERY single car (and they have A LOT of cars), and gave me a “list” of cars to choose from. Everyone one on his list, aligned with my own list...he aligned the stars. And that was just dealing with my salesperson, the ENTIRE staff that I personally dealt with (Jana, Dragan, and Sam “The Finance Man”) were was amazing...I even met a Hootie who was equally as charming, I don’t think those words have ever been spoken about a car dealership....ever. I’m sure I’m suppose to keep this short..like..awesome guy...great dealership..yay Mark and Go Infinity. But the experience I had was really work writing the world’s longest dealer review.
