He displayed superior customer service during my entire car buying experience. It’s a pleasure to always speak with when I come in for service. Mark leads the way in red carpet treatment. He sacrifices his time so that each customer feels truly apart of the Infiniti family/brand. Wonderful Sales Experience First of all, thanks to Mark Preston for making this car buying experience non stressful and easy. I was already nervous because I was buying a used First of all, thanks to Mark Preston for making this car buying experience non stressful and easy. I was already nervous because I was buying a used car and I live in another state, and I only saw the car on the Internet. I trusted Mark to provide me the details on the vehicle (down to the last scratch) and be completely honest because I couldn't see it for myself other than the pictures on the Internet. I didn't want to buy a one way ticket there and find out something was wrong with it. He told me he would look at it and inspect the car as if he was buying it for himself; well he did just that. Mark let me know every detail about the car and I appreciate him for that. He made me feel he was very trustworthy. So when I flew and came to actually buy the car, there weren't any surprises as I felt I knew everything about it. By the way...the car (Infiniti Q70L) was absolutely gorgeous. I called Mark quite often with questions and he always seemed happy to answer or get me answers. He really made this a great experience and I would definitely buy from Mark again. Thanks!!! More

My purchase was made from a long distance and Mark followed through on everything he said he was going to do and always went the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered and taken care of. If You have a choice of selecting Your sales professional ask for Mark Preston and you will be well taken care of. As for the dealership I was not happy with their decisions in making sure my vehicle was ready for travel as I flew in and had planned on driving it 1,000 miles home. When I picked up the vehicle the key battery was very low in power I was not comfortable driving my car until that was resolved and had to spend the morning of my departure taking care of what was an $8.00 problem . Keep in mind when your key battery is low or dies you may not be able to open or start your car! I didn’t want to take the risk of driving 1,000 miles home to have the key not work during my travel and leave me the inability to start the car or open it on the road. The leadership knew of the problem but did not take car of it in advance of my arrival. The dealership chose to leave a small issue which could have had big impacts unresolved to save $8.00 to replace a battery. That choice on the part of leadership of this dealership left me questioning their integrity. As I said earlier Mark Preston is a great sales professional and great to work with as he followed through on everything he said he was going to do and always went the extra mile to make sure I had a great customer service experience. My disappointment is in the dealership’s decision to be penny wise ... and their choice in not making sure my car was in pristine travel readiness. More

We were LUCKY enough to have Mark walk up and greet us when looking for a used GMC Yukon and we hit it off from there.
