What can I say about the Great Mark Pua! He is kind, organized, never angry/rude, always goes over my multi-point inspection and never fails to look beyond professional. Mark was very helpful in explaining the work that was needed and being done as he kept in contact with me on a regular basis. Very shortly afterwards, they explained how there was uneven wear occurring, which explained why it was not noticed at my last, recent appointment. He explained in detail what were the most probably reasons and recommended the next best course of action. A quick review, after inspecting the brake area, provided the cause of the problem and again Mark took his time helping me to understand how it could have occurred and what needed to be done, what was urgent and could be possibly put off for me to reschedule and have fixed later, depending on my budget. They estimated the price and time required, and both came in under budget. He kept me well informed and it was so good to get back into my vehicle and have the noise gone. Problem solved. More

Wendy was very helpful, no pressure, very professional and patient, and found us the car that we wanted at a very competitive price. Also impressed with Peter (Business Mgr) that executed the final delivery paperwork was very, helpful, informative and no pressure to buy the buy the extended warranties. We did have Highlander at another dealership that my wife liked with great pricing but the new car Wendy and the new car manager fought to find us a similar car at similar pricing. Very impressed with a FULL TANK of gas at delivery and a tin of chocolate cookies in the mail a few days after delivery. Went in today to pickup the license plates and service dept not only put them on quickly but also washed the car! Professional experience from beginning to end. We will send other friends to Rudy Luther for a new car! More

Got the expert help I needed When my Prius battery had to be jump started twice in two days I called the dealership and got the support I needed. After the second jump start I he When my Prius battery had to be jump started twice in two days I called the dealership and got the support I needed. After the second jump start I headed to the Service department and received excellent service from Mark Pua. After a battery test, the cost of which was waived, I was given all the options, including keeping the current starter battery, but chose to have it replaced. No pressure, just lots of collaboration and mutual respect. Very much appreciated. More

He also worked with me re. the amount of service I needed due to cost. The people at check out are efficient and friendly. I have had my Prius 10 years and have never been unsatisfied with the service at Rudy Luther. More
