I truly felt like the most important person there by each person I interacted with! Service, service, service is the name of the game! Sales is why they are there but satisfaction is what’s most important. They are much more concerned with your wants and needs than theirs! Bill Still was awesome!! He was always available to answer my questions, extremely friendly and courteous. Mo, the General Manager, is right there to help make the deal happen as much as he can! He is honest and resourceful. I have purchased 4 Subarus from Concordville and he has been a tremendous help and sounding board to help determine the right vehicle for the budget and vise versa. I could go on. This time I came to have my blower motor and air conditioner compressor replaced. Luckily, before the hot weather arrives. When I got there at 10 am and was told it would take a couple of hours. I was given a choice of waiting an hour and a half for my sate inspection and service or rides home and back. I chose to wait but was soon told that a wheel bearing needed replacement under warranty so I was sate inspection and service or rides home and back.
