I would just like to thank everybody at the Concordville Subaru dealership. Their entire team in every respect have been way over and above what anyone could expect I actually had a devastating accident in Subaru dealership. Their entire team in every respect have been way over and above what anyone could expect I actually had a devastating accident in one of the cars that I had least and actually had lost consciousness for about a minute.! If it wasn’t for the Subaru car Forrester 2021 that I had I would not be riding this email. The Subaru Forrester and the way that it was built and constructed save my life. I’m so thankful first of all to God and my Savior Jesus Christ for bringing me through this as I just walked away on my own 2 feet. Of course I did suffer I concussion and some sore ribs where the airbag deployed and hit me in the left side of my chest from the steering wheel. All of the other airbags deployed every single one of them and I did have my seatbelt on and all these things combined save my life as the trooper said what they called this is a body bagger or a kick in sweep and it’s a good thing you had a Subaru otherwise you may not have made it! So again thanks to Jill Quale in the sales department of Concordville Subaru her manager and team in that department also in the sales department everyone even down to the parts department was very concerned and helpful through this whole ordeal! I now have a brand new Forrester Limited 2021 which they kept for me after they heard of my accident until the insurance company finalized the gap insurance procedure through chase bank also progressive insurance and Chase worked hand-in-hand to do a phenomenal job at first it was a bit confusing because they never had anything happen so quickly but all jumped in and helped make it all work. I am very grateful for Subaru and I have shared the story multiple… Times with over 200 people either in person or on the phone emails family and even close friends I showed him the pictures of the car after I had the accident no one could believe that I just walked away under my own power.! My car of choice will always be as long as I am able to either lease or purchase Subaru, namely the forester or something in that category as it fits me very well and also my old English sheepdog Sir Winston who travels with me in the car as well fortunately on that day he was not in the car which I am grateful for but I am confident that where he would’ve been in the back he would’ve been OK because the back was fine again so many many thanks I cannot express my gratitude enough! Finally as I am a seasoned pianist musician, Arranger, recording artist, I always leave my audiences with a quote that I’d like to share with you now and it’s this, regret will never change my past, anxiety will never change my future, butGRATITUDE! Had a minor cosmetic issue when I took delivery of my 2020 Legacy at Concordville Subaru. The Sales and service team came together and made sure it was taken care of at my convenience. Almost a year la 2020 Legacy at Concordville Subaru. The Sales and service team came together and made sure it was taken care of at my convenience. Almost a year later at my request, due to Covid concerns, they honored their promise and fixed the issue. Well done!! More
