Hello mr.Laraki, Thank you for your response. I purchased your gold plan to cover my repairs, since i did research for subaru. This is my first subaru. I've been a gm and ford guy for 40 years. I spent $900 for my 60m maintenance in may only to find my seat wasn't covered under my warranty. 5 years really....and 1 part of the seat failed in 3 places. I question the quality of subaru. Your service dept. Said that the seat wasnt covered. No mention in the gold plan. I bought my car from jill quals. She gave me a subaru # in nj. No call back. Not a hole lot of love here for my car. Was hoping to be a loyal member of the subaru family. Will respond on social media accordingly. Thank you for your open response. Hopeful for a solution .Paul Kuhlman
