I have been going to Concordville Subaru for over 6 years since buying my car from them. They have always taken such great care of me. I recently had a strange electronic issue that required me to have a lot since buying my car from them. They have always taken such great care of me. I recently had a strange electronic issue that required me to have a lot of replacement parts installed. While my car was out of warranty, they suggested that this kind of issue is not something Subaru will just allow to happen to it’s valued customers. Therefore, I was not charged for any of the parts or labor. I’ve never felt so appreciated and had a beyond wonderful experience that I had to share. This is the type of stuff that builds relationships and customer loyalty. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else, and when it is time for a new car down the road, buying from them again will be my top consideration. A special thanks to Mark in service for really guaranteeing my business indefinitely. More

I went in for a noise diagnosis when accelerating. I had taken my car in a couple months back to Subaru of limerick when the noise first started. It was much less noticeable at the time. Charged me $600 and “couldn’t figure out what the issue was”. Day 3 they said they would charge me another $300 to take the car apart and actually pinpoint the issue. I took the car back and left. I came to this dealership because the noice had gotten much worse and the weather warmed up and the Tech figured out the issue within 30 mins without taking anything apart. A crack in the weld of the headers/ blown gasket. Apparently a common issue with the WRX. They said that could cause issues and/or damage the catalytic converters, if it hasn’t already. The quote for both to be replaced was 3500. But I figured why not improve performance and efficiency of the car while I’m at it. So they let me get my own parts and charged me a labor fee. I ended up saving a bit of money by doing that and got much better sound and performance from the car. Overall very happy with my visit at this dealership. They were very helpful throughout the whole process, had me personally speak with the tech and most importantly, Andrew the tech that did the work on my car was very helpful and knowledgeable with what was going on with my car. He helped me better understand everything and showed me exactly what it looked like when this issue occurs. Every other dealership I’ve only dealt with service advisors. To me that’s just a middle man and I’d prefer to talk to the tech who’s actually doing the work. But here my advisor Mark worked WITH the tech to help me understand every aspect of the service! very grateful for that. More

Let me know work was more involved and arranged for a loaner car and found the problem, and fixed the car. We were in West Virginia ready to come home and lots of warning lights plus no cruise control. loaner car and found the problem, and fixed the car. We had to drive home since there were no Subara dealers near where we were and thankfully no damage done. To be very truthful I lost a lot of faith in our car that day and the dealership addresses the problem and fixed it. This is to hopefully be the last car we ever need. Thanks More
