I brought my Explorer in to get alignment and was informed that it needed more extensive repair. Both Mike and Rex was very professional and made sure that I understood exactly what was needed and ke informed that it needed more extensive repair. While on vacation from Massachusetts, the rear differential in my truck came apart on a Friday afternoon. After having left a message, Mark Roser called me back. In our conversation, Mark display differential in my truck came apart on a Friday afternoon. After having left a message, Mark Roser called me back. In our conversation, Mark displayed the highest level of professionalism and concern for us. From the very outset, he was clearly committed to doing all he could along with his team to get us back on the road, and on our way home. Although there were challenges getting the necessary parts, he was diligent in following up with any possible dealer that could provide the parts, and in communicating the status with me. At times when calling, instead of getting Mark I dealt with Rex. He followed Mark’s good lead and continued with a high level of professionalism in good communication. As quickly as possible, the truck was back together and we were on the road. We were able to make the over 1500 mile trip to home trouble free. Very impressed with Mark, Rex, and the work that was done by the technicians. More

Ive been a long time customer of ford and have bought over 10 vehicles in 40 years. I was looking for a used small truck to use around my home. reps kept asking me to trade my 2020 suv when i didnt want to. other reps rude. price given to me by the 1st rep was not given to me by the next one. By the time they got to the ending price it was a JOKE !! Didn't receive any vip discount. didnt receive the employee discount as offered by the Ford corporation CEO on live TV with trump. Ive reported issues with my AC for years. Ive reported smelling freon for many years with is very toxic to my lungs. Service men don't really pay attention to my concerns. Im done with FORD !!! I was pleased with Jeremy in the quick lane service. However the last time i had it serviced, it was stated on the check out sheet that i needed new tires. I had to buy 2 new tires several months ago. so the invoice was not accurate. More
