Placed a call w Service Manager and never received a call back to correct. They charged too much to my Ford rewards and said the mobile service cost as much as going into the dealership so cancelled appoint back to correct. They charged too much to my Ford rewards and said the mobile service cost as much as going into the dealership so cancelled appointment for Monday 4/1 to have mobile come out 4/2 to be charged more. Then the mobile team was given one amount, Kristin was giving one amount and Mark another amount for a cabin air filter. Not happy at all and feel there should be some explanation and I will report to Ford company about this if this isn’t taken care of. Happier with the sales team when we bought our vehicle in December than serving Mark Roser ghosting my calls. Make it right please. More
