DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR - and DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy a car here. You'll get stuck with an inferior or poor quality vehicle that they will palm off to you and they will ignore you after the sale. Honestly, if there was a ZERO rating I would absolutely give it. Came with high hopes and thought it was a good process but looks like we absolutely got swindled by this dealership and the sales team. Mark, who sold me the car, promised it was in great shape and had been well taken care of. Instead it was 1) Defective; 2) Had recurring problems due to which it sat for ~21 days at the dealership in the first 2 months; and 3) a VERY PAINFUL Experience because they washed their hands off after the sale when we raised the issues. The car they gave was a LEMON, to put it mildly. We put a downpayment to drive away in what was hopefully an 'as good as new' car. Strike 1: Within 2 weeks, the speakers were fading out. I brought the car back to the showroom and showed it to the service personnel, Joe Zavell, who immediately said it sounded good. I forced him to look / hear it again and finally we drove away in a loaner. It took them almost 4 days to call back and ADMIT – the speakers were not functioning. Again (Supposedly an almost new car). Strike 2: I took it back from them and in a day or 2 realized now my back speakers were not throwing as much output. I took it back to the showroom and again Joe denied it was sounding any different. This was getting ridiculous so we tested it with another C43 and he admitted it did sound slightly different but not a whole lot. Are you serious? Then they take the car back and check it – keep my car for a week and then call me and say the car is ready. When I go there, Joe says he had a technician check it and it is what it is. Strike 3: A day after bringing the car back I start my car and I see the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. this has been a terrible experience OVERALL and I have been thoroughly disappointed from the very beginning. Here comes the fun part. I write to all their Management team and send a reminder to ask someone to help resolve this. Nobody calls back for 2 days then at the end of Day 2 – their Service Manager (Xavier) calls and asks me to bring the car back for them to fix it. Again – REMINDING Y’ALL – this was a supposedly brand new car. Each person there deflects that Management is handling it. Handling what? I don’t know. Again – was given a Terrible product from a very unethical, unprofessional dealership and none of them is interested in trying to resolve this issue. More

I placed a deposit $3000 for a 2021 G63 back in late 2020. I was told my allocation will be at MSRP with delivery in late 2021. After waiting for over 1 year for my allocation I contacted my salesperson 2020. I was told my allocation will be at MSRP with delivery in late 2021. After waiting for over 1 year for my allocation I contacted my salesperson for an update and was told that they cannot sell me G and it will be sold out to the highest bidders. Selling $50k-100k over msrp to the highest bidder. MBUSA needs to get involved with this mess and what these dealers are doing. Poor practices. Taking advantage of current situations. No long term thinking at all. Trying to make a buck!!! Bravo.. More

John Mathis was the worst sales rep I've ever met. He was condescending and rude, never returned calls or emails and gave me misinformation. Clearly he didn't value my time or business. My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes SL 550 on 8/15/20. The car was immaculately detailed, and the service record indicated that all imaginable service had been performed. After almost 1,000 miles my wife and I are delighted with the car! Everyone at Loeber treated us with the very high level of courtesy and consideration that you would expect from a Mercedes dealer. Our salesperson, Mark Saltzman, exceeded even our very high expectations. Several weeks after the purchase Mark made an appointment with us to explain and demonstrate some of the more sophisticated features of the car. Mark was very thorough and patient and insisted that we understood the features and how to use them. Everyone should have a Mercedes, and should see Mark Saltzman at Loeber Motors to buy it. More
