This dealership and their employees were amazing to work with. We were driving our 2019 Gensis up to Nashville from Birmingham,Al for a global entry appointment. Not far from Franklin our A/C went out. We s with. We were driving our 2019 Gensis up to Nashville from Birmingham,Al for a global entry appointment. Not far from Franklin our A/C went out. We stopped to see if they could fix our issue. They informed us that our warranty had expired 5 months prior and the closest Gensis dealership to us in Alabama is 90 minutes away. This defeats the concierge service for the brand for us. Even though we loved our Gensis, not worth the inconvenience to get it serviced. Trying to decide what to do we started looking at some new Hyundai vehicles. We had to get to our appointment at the airport, so they gave us a loaner. After the appointment we came back to look at and drive some cars. We had a dinner reservation so they told us to keep the car and they would send us some numbers on the cars we looked at. The numbers sent really wouldn’t work in our budget. We went back the next morning and told them what it would take to get us into a new car. They made it happen without a lot of back and forth negotiations with the manager. It was the BEST car buying experience ever! I can’t say enough great thing about Eddie,the sales manager, and Devaris, the salesman who made this an amazing experience for us. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend friends to go see them. More
