I had my Buick enclave towed there when I got it back it was worse than I dropped it off they also returned my truck with my steering column still off.. when I spoke to the service mgr I felt like I was tal was worse than I dropped it off they also returned my truck with my steering column still off.. when I spoke to the service mgr I felt like I was talking to myself no apologies no nothing.. so unprofessional for a so called professional dealership.. Well they had my new truck for two months scratched it trying to fix it wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with my truck I couldn’t go to it they put the motor parts on my seats also damaged my liner in my t trying to fix it wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with my truck I couldn’t go to it they put the motor parts on my seats also damaged my liner in my truck after a mo th and a half they gave me a vehicle for a week almost two weeks but all in all. The service department took the time to diagnose the issue reported as front end noise. Which turned out to be abnormal tire wear. The best part was the video inspection that I was presented with th issue reported as front end noise. Which turned out to be abnormal tire wear. My oil change resulted with the technician only putting in 6 quarts instead of 8. Totally unacceptable. Also, lack of communication between the team members and the technician results in the technician t in 6 quarts instead of 8. Totally unacceptable. Also, lack of communication between the team members and the technician results in the technician taking my truck for a 15 mile ride when I could have explained to him what was going on and we never would have left the parking lot. Sometimes it makes sense to have the customer speak directly with the technician. More
