Everyone i came in contact with at the dealership was extremely friendly and very helpful! I mostly dealt with Rachel and she was absolutely great! I have been a customer at Patrick Pontiac since about 2000. I bought a new 2004 Pontaic Grand Prix in June of 2003, then a new 2012 GMC Acadia in January 2012. I was very satisfied with the knowledgabl 2000. I bought a new 2004 Pontaic Grand Prix in June of 2003, then a new 2012 GMC Acadia in January 2012. I was very satisfied with the knowledgable sales staff. I have had those two vehicles, plus two Chevy Silvarados served there and have always been treated well - professionally, curtiously and in a timely fashion. I like that the dealerships runs new car seminars and has a large inventory. I highly recommend Partick to my everyone. More

Mark was very helpful with the estimating and follow through on our vehicle. Rachel was very friendly and made the paperwork simple. I recently had body work done on my car and Rachel and Mark were awesome! They had the part ordered quickly and kept me updated the entire time. As per my request they even took my car over to service to look at something (the steering felt funny)and it turned out it was still covered under my Pontiac Warranty which was awesome. They definitely went out of their way and above and beyond. The tech even went out of his way to really straighten out my license plate (it was bent up and crinkled pretty badly- I didn't think it was even salvagable). If I EVER need additional work or have a friend or family member who needs work done, I would totally return or recommend Patrick Collision. Oh AND they vacuumed my entire car!!! Awesome!!! More

This was my second visit to Patrick in the last few years. On both trips, I was assisted by Rachel Van Bortle & Mark Spak in Collision. I found these representatives to be friendly and very knowledgeable about their services and the process in general. Rachel took the initiative to call my insurance company and the insurance adjuster to get more information for me about the time estimates that my car would be in for service. She then personally walked me to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car desk, where I was ably assisted by Kaelin. After my vehicle repair was completed, Rachel greeted me by name as I entered the shop and asked if I would like the car washed before I retrieved it. She even returned the rental car keys to Enterprise for me. I made the choice to return to Patrick because of the service I received there the first time, and I have not been disappointed the second time. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Everything aspect was fantastic from start to finish. I bought my 2009 Pontiac G6 from Patrick back in July of 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a brand new Pontiac before GM discontinued them. The "New Car Class" that was offered I took advantage of and had all of my questions about my car and the dealership answered, even the questions that I never knew that I had. About a month ago, my power driver side seat and rear passenger door lock broke. When I brought it into Patrick for service, they took the time to fix everything and get it under warrenty, (I had just passed 36,000 miles on my car). Then less than a week later I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and I told the insurance company that I only wanted Patrick to do the repairs. Luckily, Patrick does body work for the insurance company I was using (MetLife), as well as my own (Allstate). I was able to have a rental ready for me when I dropped the car off to get it repaired. I was told that the repairs would be 3 days, and they were done in 2 1/2! When I picked up my car, the attention to detail was amazing! The car was completely clean inside and out and everything was tweeked. The car felt like the day I bought it! I had two big paint scratches on the driver side that were not even apart of the accident, and they were touched up too! I have never been treated with such respect and professionalism as I was with Patrick. I am a PROUD Patrick customer for life! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! More
