We have purchased our vehicles at Patrick's for several years and have always been most satisfied. The after purchase service is just as good, very friendly and professional. I bought my vehicle used just a year ago from Patrick. I take my vehicle to Patrick to get serviced, not only for the convenience (because they have a friendly shuttle service) but also their work is of hig take my vehicle to Patrick to get serviced, not only for the convenience (because they have a friendly shuttle service) but also their work is of high quality. When dropping off my vehicle they are friendly from the start. No matter who it is that is helping you get your car serviced there is alway someone opening a door for you or asking you if you need something. I highly recommend Patrick. More

I bought my 2009 Pontiac G6 from Patrick back in July of 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a brand new Pontiac before GM discontinued them. The "New Car Class" that was offered I took advantage of and had all of my questions about my car and the dealership answered, even the questions that I never knew that I had. About a month ago, my power driver side seat and rear passenger door lock broke. When I brought it into Patrick for service, they took the time to fix everything and get it under warrenty, (I had just passed 36,000 miles on my car). Then less than a week later I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and I told the insurance company that I only wanted Patrick to do the repairs. Luckily, Patrick does body work for the insurance company I was using (MetLife), as well as my own (Allstate). I was able to have a rental ready for me when I dropped the car off to get it repaired. I was told that the repairs would be 3 days, and they were done in 2 1/2! When I picked up my car, the attention to detail was amazing! The car was completely clean inside and out and everything was tweeked. The car felt like the day I bought it! I had two big paint scratches on the driver side that were not even apart of the accident, and they were touched up too! I have never been treated with such respect and professionalism as I was with Patrick. I am a PROUD Patrick customer for life! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! More

Having bought several new Jeeps from Patrick, their service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. I started doing business with them about ten years ago because of their excellen service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. I started doing business with them about ten years ago because of their excellent service. The round trip from home is 180 miles; their service and sales staff have made the trip worthwhile. My first experience there followed the recommendation of a friend. When the local dealership (10 miles from home) could not fix a relatively simple problem, Patrick's people took care of it in 30 minutes. Other repairs during the past ten years were handled promptly and professionally by (Service Manager) Jerry Kehoe and his staff. When buying the past six new Jeeps at Patrick, the sales staff (Larry A. and Shannon F.) were truly professional. Following the government takeover of Chrysler, Patrick is no longer selling new Jeeps, nor are they able to perform warranty repairs on Chrysler products. That will be Chrysler's loss, to be certain, but they will have to learn that for themselves. My only dilemma now is where to go at trade-in time as I like Jeeps. More
