When I went to get my “new to me” car today, I was in amazement how they presented the car. It’s almost like a surprise birthday party, except for a car. A team of employees were there to congratulate yo amazement how they presented the car. It’s almost like a surprise birthday party, except for a car. A team of employees were there to congratulate you, they had a cloth over the car and then unveiled it. It was so cool, just amazing! Mark Stacy was my sales person and I recommend him so highly for everyone to use. He communicated perfectly, and consistently. He was so helpful. I was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of state, but Mark alleviated all of my concerns. I booked my flight, and he specifically requested my flight number and picked me up from the airport (after arriving an hour early) with snacks and waters. Not only is he a pleasure to speak with, he created the best purchase (not only auto) I have ever experienced. We purchased a used vehicle, and he quite literally rolled out the red carpet by unveiling the freshly detailed car (that was in MUCH better condition that I was even expecting!) from under a red cloth. I felt like a celebrity. I’ve never experienced anything like this. We purchased one of their cheaper used vehicles, and we were treated the same as if we purchased a brand new $100k Lexus. This is the nicest vehicle we have ever purchased, and we were provided an experience that made us feel truly special. I didn’t think customer service like this existed. Mark is 100% transparent and even pulled up old maintenance records that he could get his hands on. He followed up with me afterwards and is a genuinely amazing person. Everyone I met at the dealership is incredible. I wish we lived closer as I want to give them our business. If you need a car, come to this dealership. Mark absolutely blew me away. It doesn’t get better than this. More
