My family and I have been coming to Toyota of Wallingford for years and years because when we come in, we feel like family. I quickly noticed how attentive, friendly, and professional Mark is—-and perhaps the best quality—-not at all pushy. I could not have asked for a smoother, simpler car buying process from start to finish. Mark kept me in the loop along the way when I had my name on a car yet to arrive providing me with info on the RAV, right down to the numbers for a potential payment. Today I went to sign all the paperwork. Mark had everything ready to go from the paperwork to the delivery to answering all my questions. If you’re in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle from Toyota, ask for Mark! You’ll be glad you did! He’s a real gem! More
