North Country I had a lovely experience with Luther North Country. I already knew what I wanted and the specs I was looking for. I had previously went to two oth I had a lovely experience with Luther North Country. I already knew what I wanted and the specs I was looking for. I had previously went to two other dealerships and did not feel as though the salesmen had listened to me. I was on car gurus and saw my vehicle, a Hyundai Tuscon, though they didn't disclose the dealership, so I sent an e-mail to inquire further. Mark had responded with the dealership information, I just decided to go in and look at the car. I met with Mark, right away I felt comfortable with him, he listened to my needs and didn't pressure or try to over sell me, he was very accommodating. He let me have the time I needed to come to my own decision. The rest of the staff was lovely as well, Brandi the delivery coordinator & Tom my financing manager. Tom was great and making sure I had the financing that suited me best & again he didn't try to tack on any un-needed extras that wouldn't truly suit my needs. Overall I felt like the staff was really there to help you with your needs. Thank you North Country. More

Super friendly people! I had a superb experience with each of the three people who were part of my car buying experience. Mark T in Internet Sales was laid-back and calm and I had a superb experience with each of the three people who were part of my car buying experience. Mark T in Internet Sales was laid-back and calm and got me a deal that I was very happy with. Brandi knows her Auto Armor stuff and educated me on the reasons to change my mind about the protection package; Roger in Finance was simply delightful to work with. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The free initial oil change and the Holiday gas cards are really great perks too. Super clean dealership. Loved my entire experience. I'd give them an 11 on a scale of 1-10! And I totally love my new Ford Edge! More

Pleasantly Surprised Car Buying Experience, Great Atmosphere First off let me say I do not normally do reviews but this was such a suprisingly pleasant experience compared to buying used cars in the past I had t First off let me say I do not normally do reviews but this was such a suprisingly pleasant experience compared to buying used cars in the past I had to write a review. The customer service was top notch from the start to finish. They were very attentive but not pushy or haggling. We particularly enjoyed our experience with our salesman Dave. If every sales associate was like him I think the image of car dealers would rise everywhere. Dave made us feel very comfortable and Listened too. Financing was great as well, seemed reasonable and willing to work with my needs. We will return! More
