When I looked at the vehicle online it said it had a 30 day, 1500 mile Luther warranty. At signing they said there was no warranty. I questioned this and showed them the website and they told me this was a day, 1500 mile Luther warranty. At signing they said there was no warranty. I questioned this and showed them the website and they told me this was a mistake on with there website and it wasn’t valid. Felt like I had been victim of a bait a switch, which I’m still debating whether I should report to the better business bureau. After getting the vehicle home I realized I never got the vehicle door code. Emailed the dealer and I’m yet to hear back. I bought my last three vehicles at Luther dealerships and always had good experiences, this time not so much! More

Brock sold us the truck, he was great to work with, and always returned our calls when we had concerns about the status of the truck. On the day we were to take ownership of the truck, Mark was called away always returned our calls when we had concerns about the status of the truck. On the day we were to take ownership of the truck, Mark was called away due to an emergency; Wally helped us instead. He was very helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We were annoyed that it took 15 months to get our vehicle, and that is on Ford Corporate. The people at North Country Ford are fantastic! More

The sell person was very professional, the closing person said we had to pay for licensing both the car we traded in and the car we bought. We don't understand why, Is it a state law or a dealership require said we had to pay for licensing both the car we traded in and the car we bought.
