While we were thrilled to find the vehicle we were looking for, we were sorely disappointed by the sales ethics at North Country. We were promised a price over the phone (we even confirmed the price looking for, we were sorely disappointed by the sales ethics at North Country. We were promised a price over the phone (we even confirmed the price multiple times as we wanted an agreed upon a price before driving 3 hours). Additionally, we were promised a dollar amount for our trade-in. The trade-in amount was dropped by $500 after we arrived, and the vehicle price was raised by $1,000. The salesman even admitted that he had agreed to the lower purchase amount but "made a mistake". We feel the dealership should have made this "mistake" right and kept their word on the agreed upon price. When we asked to speak with his manager, we were not given the opportunity. Overall, we are extremely disappointed in the service and do not recommend North Country Ford Lincoln. More
