I finally got my 2022 Maverick after waiting for 10 months. It was very frustrating to order and wait for 10 months. I would suggest that Ford shouldn't promise what they cant deliver on time. It was h months. It was very frustrating to order and wait for 10 months. I would suggest that Ford shouldn't promise what they cant deliver on time. It was however very helpful to work with such a nice guy call Mark who made my wait bearable. He was always ready to answer questions, support even when I was so mad and wanted to cancel the order. I would would give Mark a rating 15/10. excellent job and would ask anybody interested in buying a car to go ask for him. More

I GAVE THIS PLACE A GOOD REVIEW BUT NOW THAT THE SALE IS COMPLETE I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE TITLE WORK WAS RUDE WOULDN'T RETURN ANY OF MY MESSAGES OR EMAILS SO I COULD GET A FREE AND CL COMPLETE I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE TITLE WORK WAS RUDE WOULDN'T RETURN ANY OF MY MESSAGES OR EMAILS SO I COULD GET A FREE AND CLEAR TITLE TO MY CAR. I ASKED FOR THE MANGER FOR HELP AND NEVER EVEN HEARD FROM HIM AT ALL. IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS PLACE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY !! AFTER THEY GET IT THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT GETTTING YOU THE CORRECT PAPER WORK TO COMPLETE THE LEAGEL SALE. MONEY MONEY MONEY ITS ALL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR TO THEM. JESSICA WAS RUDE AND EVEN HUNG UP ON ME CAUSE I RECIEVED INCOMPLETE TITLE WORK FROM HER DESK..VERY RUDE. I came to purchase my lease and had an appointment at 1:45. I was not helped until 2:45 and it was with a different rep then who I made an appointment with. Even so this rep also seemed to busy and came to give me a paper application and returned to take it to the finance guy to finalize the purchase. The whole process itself took a little over an hour but I was at the dealer for 3 hours due to poor time management. I am grateful for the last person to help me but I would have just scheduled time with him if I could have. Bottom line Ford needs to let people somehow buy online because something that should have taken as long as my oil change took three times as long. More

Dealership was very responsive leading up to the sale, especially Mark Tallatico. We appreciated that all staff were helpful and answering questions while we waited for our car. Mark was really great about getting me in for a test drive within minutes of seeing a vehicle I liked online. I'm so excited to get into my car this Saturday! After recently having my car totaled, going here felt like a relief. The free coffee drinks were definitely a plus too for this tired college student!
