Jack let me drive a couple of trucks on the lot and they happened to have one that fit my needs. He was very nice and professional, and not pushy at all. My wife and I went back the next day to take another look and decided to go ahead and buy it. During the negotiation process, we felt like we were treated fairly and not overly pressured. The contract part took a while, as expected, but Jack really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and even made sure my young kids got lunch. This was incredibly nice of him. After the purchase, we had some warranty issues, but they were handled quickly. Overall, I had a very good experience with Suburban Chevy and Jack Y. More

You are lucky to have him. Both Ben and Mark were honest, fair and fun to work with. Scott was who we dealt with for our trade in. We knew our suburban was in bad shape, but really, $150.00 what an insult. If it wasn't for disappointing Ben we would have walked out with buying 0 cars instead of two. More
