During the following weeks I really became aware of the efficiency and competency of the service center. All staff members at the facility specifically, Service Director Mark Tigner, Assistant Service Manager Jeff Veloso and Technician Corey Purvis so impressed me with their professionalism, integrity and concern about my Camry repair. Juana and Greentree Toyota were absolutely fantastic. I had just come from another dealer and had a bad experience but talking to Juana for 5 minutes I knew she was the real deal. Bait and switch on lease price Jose Cordero - who prides himself on "completing the paperwork really fast" -- rushed me through the process and I ended up on the hook for $20 more p Jose Cordero - who prides himself on "completing the paperwork really fast" -- rushed me through the process and I ended up on the hook for $20 more per month than originally agreed. Six weeks, and several unreturned phone calls later, I went in person to remove the "wear and tear" proviso to at least save a little money. Cordero ducked me again; had to deal with someone else. Nice customer care. Maybe slow down next time (not that it'll be with me...) More

And he introduced the Toyota Care Plus program for future service if I decide to keep the car after my lease term. Very useful information. New car under 60 minutes My car passed away quietly at the shop. This left me on my feet with a full work load in a new state. I had recently moved here. New job.... new marri My car passed away quietly at the shop. This left me on my feet with a full work load in a new state. I had recently moved here. New job.... new marriage... dead car. Walked down to Greentree auto and met Pete Przyborowski. I know.... funny Irish name... right! Pete was right on point. Showed me the lot. I wanted better than my previous car. Used... low mileage. He showed me several. I knew I wanted a Camry and they had one. Met my needs and away went the paper work. I came in close to closing. The team stayed the course and got everything accomplished in short order. Can't thank Pere and his team enough for taking care of me. More
