New Service Department Manager Your new Service Manager Mr. Mark Tigner appears to be doing great things. He is often visible, and seems very proactive -- a good sign that he is on Your new Service Manager Mr. Mark Tigner appears to be doing great things. He is often visible, and seems very proactive -- a good sign that he is on top of what's going on in his department. Service turn around seems much quicker than before and staff seems to be even more efficient than they already were. The lounge area for customers, however, is in need, and long overdue for a facelift, some new bright paint and clean chairs would go a long way to improving its appearance. More

This is not what I expected when I bought a new vehicle Bought a new vehicle and extended warranty from Green tree Toyota. I was experiencing problems when I first got the vehicle. we took the vehicle in Bought a new vehicle and extended warranty from Green tree Toyota. I was experiencing problems when I first got the vehicle. we took the vehicle in for service and was told it was the brakes. Still had the same problems so I took it in for service again and was told nothing was wrong with it. I drove home and looked under the vehicle and saw it was leaking fluid from the differential. Had them replace the seal which took them a week and when I got it back the it was worse then when I dropped it off. Had to bring it to another dealership who had then had to replace the transmission under warranty. Was told by Green tree that the vehicle was safe to drive . In which I later found out, ultimately caused more damage to the whole drive train. And could have cost me my safety if I didn't physicaly crawl under the vehicle and document the the leak. I tried to resolve this with them but had to get toyota corporation involve because the staff that I was deiling with would not return my phone calls.I WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA AGAIN More
