I really wish I had gone to a real body shop. The dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I would call to beg for my car back and no one ever returned my messages. I was finally promised my car back and they then took 4 more business days to give it back. I plan on turning in my lease and going to Toyota. I will NEVER deal with Honda again, especially this Honda dealership. I am so angry and Olán on telling everyone I see how horribly I was treated. I also plan on leaving this negative review on as many sites as possible. More

The service advisor, Danny Guerrero, made sure that I had of their top techs (Xavier) work on my car Took my 2016 Honda Accord in for a safety recall.
