Their efforts and honesty is something that I've never seen in my 30 plus years of purchasing vehicles. This was my first lease, and the only thing I regret was not doing it sooner and learning of Elmwood Dodge until now . Ben (the General Manager I assume) and Team (Mark Watters was my salesman) took all my leasing fears away by showing me EVERYTHING. No hidden costs, "bait and switch" etc..... Even their Business Mananger, Afif Khoury, made the closing of this deal relaxed and friendly. It's like a family atmosphere there.... See these folks before you buy anywhere else! If you are interested in buying a car, they often run some promotions and offer discounts so better check their Elmwood websites from time to time. Mark Watters was our salesman, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. He answered all our questions satisfactorily and explained all the features of the Journey intelligently. The stress of buying a new car was eliminated very quickly. It was like meeting a friend whom you haven't seen in a long time. He offered us a great trade in value on my old car and we were able to get our new car for a great price.
