No way to treat a customer I purchased a 2012 Dodge Charger from this dealership, in which I thought I had a great business-ship with Mark Watters. My car was picked up for ship I purchased a 2012 Dodge Charger from this dealership, in which I thought I had a great business-ship with Mark Watters. My car was picked up for shipment last week, Mark Watters sent me pictures of the car being loaded onto the carrier. Through the pictures I noticed the car didn't have a tag on it, so I emailed Mark Watters about the missing tag but he never responded to my email, which was ironic being that before I made the purchase we never had a problem with contacting each other whether it was by phone or email. My car was shipped to Atlanta,GA. without a dealership tag on Monday and since then I have been trying to contact Mark Watters and James Bray with no results. Mike Cronin has exemplified great customer by at least responding to my issue on two occasions, in which he stated he would pass word to Mark Watters. Basically I have been 3-days without being able to drive my recently purchased car because I don't have a tag for it, I went to the DMV in Georgia who told me they couldn't issue me a tag and that ELMWOOD DODGE is totally responsible for supplying a dealership tag to drive on. To add insult to injury, as I sat in the car trying to figure it out, I noticed on the display screen that its time for an OIL CHANGE. This has been a horrific purchase thus far. More

I decided to lease a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I couldn't be happier. This is my first car that is in my name completely. Jay, the owner, was so accommodating and helpful, always making sure I was taken care of. Noel, my sales associate, was always available to me and answered all of my questions. The price and lease agreement was a great deal and reasonable for my needs. Everyone was so patient with me and made sure I understood everything and was comfortable. I could go on forever but Elmwood and all of its employees are great!! More

Great new car purchasing and buyback experience My Kia Optima (that I was quite happy with I might add) was near the end of its lease and I went in to Elmwood to take a quick look at the Chrysler 20 My Kia Optima (that I was quite happy with I might add) was near the end of its lease and I went in to Elmwood to take a quick look at the Chrysler 200 because it looked good and comparable to the Optima. I was originally planning on trading up my 2011 Optima for a new one, however, Nathan quickly helped me out and introduced me to the 200. He wasted no time with cheesy sales tactics and just showed me some cars. I was immediately impressed with the car and Nathans approach. The car is superior in design, performance and features compared to all in its class so that part was easy. The part that I told Nathan that I didn't like was spending alot of precious time shopping and making deals. Nathan went right to work with his managers and whipped up a great offer on the vehicle I wanted. He got the price right in the zone I needed that Kia was going to do for me to keep me as a customer and Nathan arranged to buyout what was left of my current lease and seamlessly swapped out vehicles all in that same day. Fast, painless, and price was all met and exceeded my expectations and discerning requirements for car buying. Great new car purchasing and buyback experience here at Elmwood! More

The staff here are one in a million! I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Wrangler yesterday and it was very nice that Harrison came in on his day off to make sure everything was good to go. I live just outside of Boston so its a bit of a drive, but I plan on going in to get some accessories put on because they were extremely friendly and took care of me from the beginning.
