Horrible service. BUYER BEWARE. I tried to return my lease but basically got blackmailed if I didn’t lease another vehicle with them. They told me they could be much more “lenient” with my car return if lease but basically got blackmailed if I didn’t lease another vehicle with them. They told me they could be much more “lenient” with my car return if I was re-leasing with your dealership, and if not, it’s going to cost me a lot of money. I returned my lease to the Toyota dealership I originally bought it from with no problems whatsoever (the main reason I tried going to Wellesley in the first place is that it’s more convenient for me). It was a very smooth transaction. If I were to ever lease again, I would NEVER go through Wellesley Toyota. More
