Had very good service and communication from marek in service. An oil change and inspection was done in less than an hour. Waiting area is nice with minimal snacks/drink choices. Cost of oil change is service. An oil change and inspection was done in less than an hour. Waiting area is nice with minimal snacks/drink choices. Cost of oil change is high compared to others and almost no incentives are ever offered from Randy Marion. Our other car (Toyota) send frequent deals on services for Toyota owners and washes the car after every service. More

Great customer service, and the technician noticed I needed the oil change, too. So, I was able to take care of both the state inspection and the oil change at one time. I especially want to note that J needed the oil change, too. So, I was able to take care of both the state inspection and the oil change at one time. I especially want to note that Joshua Elliot did a great job of getting a quote on my trade in value and offer on the 2025 crosstrek limited. I decided to wait until after mid April, but will be in ti see him and you then. More
