(We met with another car salesman at a different dealer the day before, and it was not a good experience, it left a really bad taste in our mouth.) Micky is different, he made us feel like we were having a conversation with a neighbor or a friend. The process was simple and straightforward, no one tried to sell any additional services to us. Marla contacted me minutes after I submit I have never had such a quick, and hassle free car buying experience as I did at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. Marla contacted me minutes after I submitted a request for a trade in on their website. She gave me a quote my trade in and the Focus RS I was looking at and made an appointment for me to stop by in the afternoon. Once there, I was greeted by Micky who went on the test drive with me, and afterwards, to my surprise, kept the quotes for the trade in and the Focus RS that Marla provided to me over the phone earlier. Other dealers had given me quotes over the phone, and then changed them when I came in in person, so this was quite the surprise. I completed the paperwork with Dave, who presented the various service packages they offer, but didn't try to pressure me into buying them. Marla, Micky, and Dave are true professionals and made this a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More
