While this 2023 is my 7th BMW X3, it my second experience with BMW of Tenafly and I’m pleased to say that my experience was client-focused and very pleasurable. My 2020 lease was due to expire in November and Steve Hourican urged me to come in to see him in August to make sure I’d have a new car. He followed up several times and finally told me my new 2023 was ready to be picked up on 9/16/22. Marlend Kaceli was very professional handling the transfer of my 2020 X3 and made the experience pleasurable. Landon Greer handled all the paperwork for the transition and made the process easy-again, a great experience. When it came time to show me how everything works in my new 2023, Elizabeth Castillo earned her title of BMW Genius! She was knowledgeable, very patient and professional.
