Our first contact with the dealership was with Cathryn Winschel who via internet/emails provided substantial information and made sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available. She also put me in touch with Ed the General Manager when I had needed more detailed information after seeing a used Lexus SC 430 for sale.. My husband and I live in Sarasota which is a 3 hour drive from Jupiter/dealership and I wanted to make sure the trip would be worthwhile. Ed, the manager had given some good information on the vehicle and information about it's history prior to our arrival. We met Steven Lee l and spent the next five hours with him test driving the car on several trips and discussing the vehicle. Steve is a kind person who strives to give personal care when answering every question and providing the best service possible.My husband and I both enjoyed dealing with Steve as a person and as a salesman. We would recommend Steve to our friends. Ed the Manager continued to be involved in the purchase process and guided the transaction and the questions that needed to be answered. We then were turned over to Finance point person Marlin. Marlin was patient in answering our questions and providing information on extra options. All in all, we drove back to Sarasota in our new Lexus and enjoyed the three hour drive! Steven has followed up on a couple of items - made the Lojack appointment for us and getting a few items repaired on the vehicle. Thank you!!!! More
