I brought my 2020 Corolla in after getting multiple check engine warnings. Alyssa was very helpful and kept me informed about the bad gas that caused the problem. She told me that my car was not the only one engine warnings. Alyssa was very helpful and kept me informed about the bad gas that caused the problem. She told me that my car was not the only one, and she provided a sample of the gas and several copies of the bill. She even got a slight reduction of the final bill. She went out of her way to make a bad situation better. Many thanks! More

Everything went ok. Arrived, waited a few minutes for the service agent as he was on the phone. They took the car in and finished earlier that expected. I was happy to see everyone working was wearing a ma service agent as he was on the phone. They took the car in and finished earlier that expected. I was happy to see everyone working was wearing a mask, but we were asked to go into the service agents office and we could not social distance in that tiny space. We could have answered his question from the doorway. I was not happy about that! We have another appointment this week and I will not be going into the small office . A mask is only one way to protect us from this virus. The only way this virus is going to be controlled is by everyone wearing masks, socially distancing (more than 6 feet apart), and washing your hands. I did not see any hand sanitizer near the door. Since we have to touch the door to push it open, I would have expected to have hand sanitizer available to me as your customer. Maybe I will see this the next time my car is serviced. More
