I recently purchased a 2023 XT5 in mint condition at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. I want to specifically highlight Marques, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire purchase process seamless. Additionally, I would like to recognize Jennine, my service consultant. A couple of days after picking up the car, I encountered an issue with the brakes. I called the service department, and Jennine ensured I was seen immediately. I had a terrible experience with Malouf Chevrolet Cadillac after receiving an sales call. The salesperson was rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in listening or answering basic questions.
