We just purchased our second BMW from Autohaus and Jens Petermann, and could not be more satisfied. Jens is the ultimate professional, informed and easy to work with making our transactions painless. Steve Emerson handled the closing seamlessly and professionally. Marquis Mischeaux handled the delivery expertly explaining a very complicated car patiently and getting us all set up to drive away. I have been buying new cars about every two/three years for over 45 years.. I have never appreciated or had complete confidence in a sales person in all my years buying a vehicle like I had /have in Larry for over 45 years.. He is kind, calm, reassuring, extremely helpful, beyond pleasant to be around! He made my buying experience a perfect 100..I look forward to purchasing another vehicle with him in the near future..Also, Marquis Mischeaux is amazing as well, not only beyond helpful like Larry Lentz is, but, he’s calm & extremely helpful as well.. I always have a great experience when Marquis is involved with anything to do with my vehicle or me.. What a great guy.. I again can’t say enough good things about my sales associate Larry Lentz...
