Shawn and everyone at ALM was amazing! They were patient as I test drove several cars on the lot and did not pressure me into a decision. The price of the car was marked under KBB value, so I did not have t as I test drove several cars on the lot and did not pressure me into a decision. The price of the car was marked under KBB value, so I did not have to negotiate the price. To eliminate the long wait we did the initial paperwork on the phone.
