In the past 13 years I have bought 5 cars them. 4 Elantras and a Sonata. in 2015 My wife and I bought matching Elantras (different colors of course) because we loved our 01 Elantra so much. My sales person this time was Martene Hogan and she was great! She didn't ever try to steer me towards a different car or something more expensive and had plenty of options in my budget. The poor girl brought 5 or 6 cars up to the awning for me to test drive because it was raining and she didn't want me to get wet. She had an answer for me on the spot for every question I asked which gave me complete confidence in her. She completely walked me through the whole car to show me how to use all the new features and even helped me program my favorite radio stations. Is that great service or what! Did I mention she even found a lender to give me the deal at a cheaper interest rate than what I walked in with? That is awesome! When they detailed the car for me there were some water spots on the side door. So she went to the shop and came back with towel and some spray and buffed them out for me even shined the tires one more time :) When i decide to trade my new car in again I will definitely be using her! More

In my experience at Hyundai she helped me buyout my Elantra, which I had been leasing. She was able to explain everything to me in terms I could grasp and understand. She was able to lower my monthly payment by $40 (would have been $60, but I got an extended warranty, gap coverage, and a couple other packages) and helped me to buy this car on my own with no co-signer. This was a huge deal to me because I am a college student and do not have much credit history. Also I recently needed help handling finances with Hyundai Motor Finance and she helped me to fax my documents and even checks back with me follow up that my needs were met. I highly recommend going to her for your car needs! More
