Second time buying a Subaru there. Drove from Ocala, Fl to Orlando,Fl (approx. 70 miles) to buy from this dealership. Did not get the car we went for, ending up with a much better one. My sales associate Martin De Salterain took the time to explain the benefits and features of of the different models and was very knowledgeable. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured. I also appreciated follow-up emails when I would call and say I was coming in, he follow-up with an email confirming his availability for me. He was always available when he said he would be for me and I never had to wait. He introduced me to some staff in the maintenance department which I thought was very nice.
