We selected RBM of Alpharetta as our dealer of choice in the purchase of a new 2024 GLE450--initiated by their professionalism and warmth--they wanted to find us our car of choice. While we had tentatively selected a similar car at another MB dealership we had used for decades, we wanted to just visit RBM of Alpharetta. From entering the showroom, we were greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. Sales Agents Lori Mohr and Kyle Edson were fantastic in product knowledge and understanding of our needs; the seemless teamwork and support among the entire staff was so professional and conveyed how teams should work!
