Martin Munoz is a true professional! I arrived near the busy closing time. A crucial part had to be ordered. Martin kept me apprised of everything and provided me with a loaner vehicle. I arrived near the busy closing time. A crucial part had to be ordered. Martin kept me apprised of everything and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The loaner was clean. I was provided with operating instructions so that I was comfortable with everything before driving away. By the next morning my car was fixed, its exterior was washed, and its interior was vacuumed and clean. Everything was perfect - my car runs great now! Martin was respectful and mindful of my needs, including my time and my need for a loaner. I appreciate him! More
