I attended Madonna University as well as Livonia Stevenson (Class of 79!). I'm a proud parent to my daughter Jacqueline, and during times off, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and running. visited golling on two seperate occasions. both times a price for a new car was agreed upon and both times they would'nt honor the deal. . the most recent agreement was the end of june with marcus. when i price for a new car was agreed upon and both times they would'nt honor the deal. . the most recent agreement was the end of june with marcus. when i arrived to finalize the deal he with the help of marty knudsen from finance tried to sell me a much more expensive car. i refused and objected to their tactics. i was told the car i wanted would be sold to me. when marty reached me several days later he said he couldn't honor the agreememt i had with marcus yet he continued his sales pitch to make a deal. I had to wash my hands of those two. they are the reason car salesmen are not thought of too highly. When Golling says they give you more and a whole lot more, I think the more they are referring to is BS. More

The Golling team is second-to-none and has provided a perfect new car experience. The past few years we have strayed from the Chrysler brands, but were very surprised and delighted at the product and th perfect new car experience. Matt, Mike, Marty and everyone there has gone out of their way to make sure my purchase went smoothly and quickly. Matt did a great job at coordinating the activities, while Mike and Marty both stayed late to ensure my truck was delivered way ahead of expectations. I purchased a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Adam Holcomb and Matt Godfrey at Golling. I love my new Jeep! My questions were all answered, calls were returned, price was negotiated, and vehicle was delivered on time. Adam reviewed the features on my new Jeep, and the dealer did follow up calls and e-mails. Showroom was clean and had plenty of new vehicles on display. Golling has pleasant area to sit, and a really nice snack bar with free coffee. The day after delivery, I purchased new winter mats, and Andrew Wright removed the mats from the box and installed them in my new Jeep parked in front of the building. My salesperson Adam Holcomb was polite, knowledgeable and made my purchased an easy process. A week after my purchase, Adam sent me an e-mail with key staff at Golling with their phone numbers. Golling is a five star dealer and will have my return business in the future. More

We have purchased a few vehicles from Golling over the years and there are several reasons we continue to go back; quality of Chrysler and Jeep products, service, price, and convenience. The last purchase years and there are several reasons we continue to go back; quality of Chrysler and Jeep products, service, price, and convenience. The last purchase was a 2002 Chrysler Voyager from Marty Knudsen. This was probably the best vehicle I have every owned. It still ran well after 10 years and almost 194,000 miles. I traded in the van and leased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Marty, and especially Mitchell Klein, gave me excellent customer service. I told them my needs and they were able to come up with several options to fit my situation. Price was very good and the hassle free approach is very convenient. Mitchell was able to come up a deal that worked well for me eliminating the frustration I have experienced at other dealerships. This is really important to me as I am very busy and don't have time to waste. He is extremely professional and polite without any sales pressure. The new Jeep is awesome and I look forward to many years of service from this vehicle. I would highly recommend buying a car at Golling and allowing Marty and Mitchell to provide you with a great car purchasing experience! More

I leased a new Grand Cherokee Overland SUV and couldn't be happier. I had visited another dealership the week before and was not impressed. I spoke on the phone with Francis Jannaman and set up an appointment to test drive a few vehicles I saw online. I had a trade in which I got a fair price on and that was important to the whole deal. Francis was great and I will definately be dealing with him again and refering friends and family to him when possible. The other dealerships I visited did not go that extra mile to get my business like Golling did. More

My experience with Golling was superior. I have owned upwards of 8 Jeeps. Marty Knudsen was my first Salesperson. Most recently I leased a 2009 Lincoln MKX and the lease was up this month. So, I stopped upwards of 8 Jeeps. Marty Knudsen was my first Salesperson. Most recently I leased a 2009 Lincoln MKX and the lease was up this month. So, I stopped by to visit Marty. Marty recommended I work with Corey who was an absolute pleasure and found a way to get me into a New Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Corey was very professional and polite. Thanks to both Corey and Marty.... I am now the proud driver of the 2012 Jeep Summit. More

In February I initially walked in, met with salesman Wally Rutkowski, liked hime, and decided to pursue a new Grand Cherokee. He had my car appraised and we worked out a deal which was approved by manag Wally Rutkowski, liked hime, and decided to pursue a new Grand Cherokee. He had my car appraised and we worked out a deal which was approved by management. Golling didn't have the car I wanted and didn't even have a car to trade for it, so they ordered one for me. I had to give a deposit and several weeks later, the car came in. However, now the deal had "changed". No longer was the dealership willing to credit me with the additional payments made on my car reducing the buy out for my trade in or hold to the per month cost agreed to. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was that the sales manager Marty Knudson, through Rutkowski, outright lied to me on two points. First, I was now told that I would get a better price by using the friends and family discount with existing rebates rather than using A CDI discount (We ended up using a CDI discount) Secondly, he told me I couldn't get a credit for a reduced buy out on my trade in because the "money factor" had changed on leases from February to March when my car came in. I checked with another dealer and found this to be untrue. Because I wanted the specific car I ordered, I held my nose, accepted some reduction in the monthly price and went ahead with the lease. As a result, Golling has lost me as a future customer. It seems to me I can buy a Jeep and get it serviced at any dealer. The only thing that differentiates dealers is whether they keep their word. The word of the sales management at Golling means nothing. Being in real estate, I'm in a position to direct a lot of newcomers to the area to various sources. Obviously, Golling will not be one of them. More
