I had just left another dealership because the car I requested was (supposedly) sold. I have ALWAYS wanted a Toyota RAV 4 and decided to take a chance to price one. From the moment I walked into Oak L requested was (supposedly) sold. I have ALWAYS wanted a Toyota RAV 4 and decided to take a chance to price one. From the moment I walked into Oak Lawn Toyota, I felt it would be a positive experience. Lucy greeted me and asked if she could help me and she did -- from start to finish! Everyone was AMAZING and I finally got the car I have ALWAYS WANTED (but didn't think I could afford).
