This is the second new car I purchased from Phillips in the last 3 years and my experience the second time was far more pleasurable and I attribute that solely to Mark McKenna. He has single handedly chan the last 3 years and my experience the second time was far more pleasurable and I attribute that solely to Mark McKenna. He has single handedly changed my negative perception of car salesmen. Mark was professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make every step of this purchase painless for me and so I really appreciated it. I just wish car salesmen everywhere were just like him. More

I located the new 2013 Express passenger van on AutoTrader.com. The purchase agreement was negotiated by phone and email. Based on the initial transportation quote of $286, I was going to have th AutoTrader.com. The purchase agreement was negotiated by phone and email. Based on the initial transportation quote of $286, I was going to have the van shipped 200 miles to my house in Michigan. However, when the revised quote became $604 I elected to pick up the van in person. I arrived at the dealership to find that the van had not been prepared. It wouldn't even start. After Marty McKenna was assigned to supervise the vehicle preparation and finalize the sale, it took two hours to drive away in my new vehicle. In my opinion Marty McKenna did a commendable job after being assigned to physically and legally transfer the new van to me. More

I decided to check out Phillips Chevrolet after I got a flier in the mail. I had never been there before - but I will definitely be going back! I explained up front to the salesman, Marty McKenna, that I wasn't quite ready to buy but wanted to start looking at different vehicles for when I make a purchase in late spring or summer. Even though it was very cold out and I said wasn't buying anything that day, Marty still took the time to show me several different cars, point out the features on each of them and answer my many questions. I had been to a few other places before Phillips and they all lost interest the minute I said I was just looking. When the time comes for me to make a purchase in a few months, I am skipping all those places and going back to Phillips. I highly recommend this dealership! More

I bought a new Traverse tonight and this experience far exceeded my expectations. From the start of the test drive to the financing to learning about the features and preparing the car for me to take home exceeded my expectations. From the start of the test drive to the financing to learning about the features and preparing the car for me to take home, it was a great experience. I had my two children with me and they were so nice to them as well. They made buying a new car a great experience and for that I thank you. I LOVE my new car! I've also used their service department in the past for a previous car and was always treated with much courtesy. Top notch service. Most of the time the car is done early. The waiting area is nice and clean as well. I can't say enough about the sales team and service advisers that have always treated me so kindly. This dealership goes above and beyond in the customer service arena. I would highly recommend them to anyone to buy a car or service a car hands down! More

I am rating Phillips 5 stars because of the great experience I had trading in my old Tahoe for a newer one. Marty McKenna was just great to work with and was very helpful in working out a value for experience I had trading in my old Tahoe for a newer one. Marty McKenna was just great to work with and was very helpful in working out a value for my old vehicle and finding a new vehicle with the accessories and items I needed to make my daily commute better. There was no pressure sales tactics or anything of that nature. He just wanted to know what I was looking for in a new vehicle and any other concerns including price so that he could match me with a good solution. By the end of my appointment I had a great new vehicle and relationship to work with during the years I will own my vehicle and maybe even trade it in for a newer one again. My recent silverado purchase with Phillips Chevy was a great experience. Marty McKenna hands down was the best salesman I have ever worked with. These guys really made me feel like I was part of the chevy family. We have bought 8 cars from Marty McKenna in the last 8 years. Marty is a man who goes above and beyond to help get done whatever needs to be done! I would not buy from any other salesman. We have several issues with our vehicles that were a gm problem not a Phillips problem. Mike Maheras and Dan Kachnisky have gone to great lengths to help resolve these issues. I would not buy anywhere but Phillips and only with the help of these 3 men! More

Folks, I have been in business for over thirty years and have purchased a lot of new cars throughout my adult life. So, I am not easily impressed. Having said that, my recent new car purchase from Phillips have purchased a lot of new cars throughout my adult life. So, I am not easily impressed. Having said that, my recent new car purchase from Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL was, by far, the BEST car purchase experience I've EVER had! The inventory selection and pricing can not be beat. But, what makes Phillips Chevy the "tops" in my book are the employees. Everyone who came in contact with me showed kindness, caring and true concern for what was best for ME! Nicole, Angel and Yasin, thanks again for being the total pros that you all are! Now, if I were you, I would call before you stop in to make sure Marty McKenna is working and available to assist you. Marty is highly knowledgeable, relaxed and "fully-engaged". By that I mean, he actually LISTENS to what you say your wants/needs are, and efficiently guides you through your purchase options. Needless to say, all of my family and friends know about Marty and have one of his business cards! Do yourselves a BIG favor, call Marty for your next vehicle purchase. You'll be very glad you did. I had been searching online for a pickup truck but was very specific as to what I wanted. When I was on the Phillips Chevy site Nicole popped up on the screen asking if I needed help. She helped me to check inventory and followed up with me... but did not harass me. Her coworker Tyler was also on to help me on other occasions while I was searchingl. They both were very nice to work with. When I did decide to come to Phillips to look at a truck everyone was so nice. Our saleman Marty McKenna was a pleasant surprise. The few other dealers we checked immediately tried to "lure" us in by telling us someone else was looking at the truck I was interested in. Marty just introduced himself and asked how he could help US. We looked at a few different trucks but ultimately bought a newer truck with lower miles. He took the time to get to know us and find out what we really wanted. It was great to be able to do this without being hounded and harassed. Financing went smoothly and fit into our budget. Overall the experience was a very good one. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and definitely go see Marty McKenna ! More
