I came to Phillips Chevrolet a year and half ago. I purchased a used Ford Truck from Marty McKenna. I was very pleased with that purchase and Marty's continued customer service. At that time it was my first vehicle purchase from a dealership in over 30 years. I have always purchased used vehicles. This past weekended, I contacted Marty, and inquired about a new truck. I emailed him what I was interested in, and he contacted me within a half an hour. We discussed what I was looking for, and he said he would get back to me with pricing on the vehicles I chose. I also asked Marty to verify the financing for me as well on both vehicles. Within a short time Marty called to let me know I was approved for either vehicle. I told Marty I would get back to him within the hour with my decision. I called Marty and told him I chose a Red Chevy Silvirado. He said I could come down that day, and pick it up and he would have the paperwork ready when I got there. As I pulled into the drive the Truck I wanted was sitting right out front. That is an awesome feeling when they show you how important you are. The Truck could of been somewhere else, and we would of had to go looking for it. Not the case here. The whole process went very smooth in every detail. I am 55 years old and this is my first new vehicle purchase. I am very pleased with Marty McKenna and Phillips Chevrolet. I traded in my 2010 Ford Fusion for a new 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's been about a week since I bought the car, and I am incredibly happy on the purchase. We walked in just wanting to look at a car we spotted on the internet, and walked out with a 2011 hhr. The service was friendly, and the rep didn't "pressure" us into buying the car.
