I went into phillips chevy to check on some service for the avalanch i bought there, I met mike the busness Mgr. who had worked on my last sale, Mike took time to take me to service area and handled my ara the avalanch i bought there, I met mike the busness Mgr. who had worked on my last sale, Mike took time to take me to service area and handled my arangements himself, After talking to mike he informed about the sale they had going on, so i told him what i would be interested in if i was to get a new truck, so he introduced me to Marty Mckenna who talked with me about a 2013 silverado Marty got the truck showed it to me it was everything i was looking for and a whole lot more , now i really dident need a new truck & dident plan on buying one ? But the kind of deal they offered me and giving me a great deal on my trade in i had to be a fool not to jump on that deal, so if you are near any other chevy dealer and your thinking about something new, turn around now ! And drive to Phillips Chevy in Frankfort, look for Marty Mcenna,or Mike Darge, You wont be sorry! They both worked really hard for me, And im sure they will do the same for you, I have bought many chevy trucks and avalanches there before and never had a problem if you need something they will make it happen, you can count on that! I was upset with my vehicle. I went to some other dealerships and was treated poorly. When I went to this dealership, Marty was very friendly from the beginning. He listened to what was not working w dealerships and was treated poorly. When I went to this dealership, Marty was very friendly from the beginning. He listened to what was not working with my former vehicle, and what I wanted the new vehicle to do. He spent a lot of time with me, I never felt rushed, or like Marty was in a hurry to get paid. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of getting a new car, or keeping mine. He also did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of the dealers nice and updated service department. Everyone was professional when working with my credit. Mike Maheras was great at working with me on the prices, and he made me feel at home. Both trips I made to the dealership were excellent, everyone was smiling the entire time and always willing to help me. I ended up getting a new car because it was what I wanted to do, there was no pressure from anyone. Mike Maheras gave me such a great deal it only made sense to get a new vehicle. Marty made sure my car was in great shape when I took delivery of it. More
