After visiting other Chevy dealerships and doing my own research on the internet we visited Phillips Chevrolet. Immediately we were warmly greeted by Marty McKenna who let us walk around the lot before mee research on the internet we visited Phillips Chevrolet. Immediately we were warmly greeted by Marty McKenna who let us walk around the lot before meeting with him to discuss our options. He patiently looked up all the different options we had, listed out the pros/cons of the different vehicles until we ultimately found the best car for us. He walked us through the whole process and made everything so easy! Thanks so much, we will definitely be coming back to Phillips for our future car purchases. More

Many thanks to Marty and Mike Darge for handling our recent purchase of two Avalanches. We where treated like family, so much so that I brought my daughter back a week later to replace her car with a ne recent purchase of two Avalanches. I had done a lot of research online before even visiting the dealership. Marty was friendly and answered all my questions. My pet peeve at a dealership is when I feel ignored and the salespeople only talk t the dealership. Marty was friendly and answered all my questions. My pet peeve at a dealership is when I feel ignored and the salespeople only talk to my boyfriend. When I said that I was buying a car, I felt very much like Marty was focusing on me and seeing what I liked and did not try to talk to my boyfriend like the decision maker. Overall, I was sure I wanted the car and came back a few days later. Of course the actual purchase was a long process but I left feeling confident that I made the right decision and would recommend both the dealership and my salesperson Marty McKenna to my friends and family. More

My wife and I were just stopping into Phillips Chevrolet to "look" at some used Chevy Traverses. We were greeted by Marty in the parking lot and accepted his invitation to get out of the cold and discuss w to "look" at some used Chevy Traverses. We were greeted by Marty in the parking lot and accepted his invitation to get out of the cold and discuss what we were looking for. Marty was not the conventional car dealer salesmen in that he took the time to listen what car we were looking for and what we were looking to spend. He did not push the vehicle purchase on us, but let us take the time to decided. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience, my wife and I left the dealership in our new Chevy Traverse! I was in need of a new car but i was not looking forward to the whole car buying process. I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with Marty McKenna at Phillips. Both Marty & Jeff were both attentive to our needs, friendly, and easy to work with. There were no high pressure sales pitches which made the experience better. They demonstrated supreme knowlege of the automobile we were interested in, and were able to answer all of our questions completely. We had two small children with us, & both Marty & Jeff were able to accomodate to our children's needs throughout the car buying process. Marty made sure we learned how to operate the dashboard computer screen & all the other usable car features before we left the lot. Couldn't be happier with the new car and the price we worked out. More
