Our visits to Bellingham Ford were a pleasant experience each time. The staff we interacted with were all wonderful folks, professional, knowledgeable and most of all personable, and very, very friendly. We each time. We had the pleasure of working Marty, Mike, Edison, Chris and of Julian. There was one more person but unfortunately I cannot recall his name, he assisted greatly with financing. Thank you to him as well. Julian, the owner was exceptionally friendly, and genially excited for us. He didn't just do the drive by intro, we had more then one enjoyable conversations during our visit. I would like to point out that our son suggested we should visit Bellingham Ford, and we are glad we listened to him. Not trying to be long wined here, but I must say the I do not fill our comment forms or surveys. This is a testament to how strongly we are/were satisfied with the staff, their professionalism and as stated earlier the absolute friendly atmosphere that clearly starts at top and is carried by all. My experience getting ahold of a Ford Maverick has been a bit trying, but at the end of the day, these guys helped make everything right. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about Bellingham Ford. Marty went out of his way to get me an awesome deal on my Bronco. Then, when I had some issues with my soft top - which I was sure was going to Ford. Marty went out of his way to get me an awesome deal on my Bronco. Then, when I had some issues with my soft top - which I was sure was going to be $2,500 fix according to the Ford of Kirkland service department who refused to touch it - I drove all the way up to Bellingham Ford and they got it fixed immediately at no cost. Outstanding dealership with incredible customer service. If I had more money I’d keep buying cars from them until I ran out. More
