Overall low key, low pressure, informative sales presentation. This was a nice change from several other dealerships, including the local Ford dealership where the salesman actually followed me all presentation. I haven't purchased a Toyota before, but based on market research and co-workers' recommendations, I feel I did well. Financing was pre-approved through a Credit Union, so I did not have to negotiate rates with the dealer. The quality of the vehicle is top-notch and the dealer made this a painless experience. Highly recommend this dealer / sales consultant. More

My wife and I have purchased two new cars from Sierra Toyota, a 2010 Corolla, and a 2012 Tacoma. Mr. Marvin Morris is the reason I came back to Sierra Toyota to purchase my second new Toyota truck, I pu Toyota, a 2010 Corolla, and a 2012 Tacoma. Mr. Marvin Morris is the reason I came back to Sierra Toyota to purchase my second new Toyota truck, I purchased a 2007 Tundra in Tucson. He is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable of your products, and overall working with him is a wonderful experience. My 2012 Tacoma was ordered, I wanted a uncommon configuration, TRD off road 4x4 with a manual transmission in the color black. Not once was I told the truck could not be obtained, or was I persuaded to buy something else. Mr. Morris and Ross Leffelman said they would get it for me, and they did, the truck even came in a week early. Overall I am very impressed with all the people I worked with at Sierra Toyota, and in the future I will purchase my new Toyotas from Sierra Toyota. More
