I had two problems and I was told they would correct the problems. So far, the first problem seems corrected, but they made the second problem worst. This car has been in the service department a few times, but it never gets corrected. I had problems with my 2022 Escape that the service department was not able to fix. I traded the 2022 Escape for the 2025 Escape and I have different problems. I have lost faith in Ford products!! More
